How do you wash the clothes?
We recommend our customers use the specially developed SmartJacket wash bag to wash their clothes. The special nylon material protects the technology from damage and soiling. The SmartJacket wash bag allows for machine or hand washing at 30 degrees.
Can I use any power bank?
Not every power bank is compatible with the original SmartJacket clothing. Together with experts, we developed the SmartBattery™ to match the heated clothing. To ensure the longest and warmest heating function possible, we recommend using this power bank exclusively!
What if the size doesn't fit?
No problem! We'll send you your correct size free of charge from our Cologne location. Simply return your old item to us.
