How does the heated hoodie work?
A suitable power bank powers the integrated heating elements. You switch on the heating function using the button and select one of three heat settings. Please refer to the user manual.
How long does the heat last?
Up to 6 hours. Actual battery life depends on the power bank capacity, the heat setting, and the ambient temperature.
Is a power bank included?
The hoodie is supplied without a power bank. You will need a suitable power bank for the heating function. You can order one separately as an optional accessory. Please note the connection and power specifications in the user manual.
Can I wash the hoodie?
Yes, the hoodie is machine washable. Remove the power bank beforehand and follow the care label and user manual. Only reconnect once completely dry.
Where do you ship to and what does shipping cost?
We deliver to Austria and Switzerland. The delivery time is 3–5 days. For orders under €99, shipping costs €3.99. Shipping is free for orders of €99 or more.
Does it also work without the heating switched on?
Yes. You can also wear the hoodie without the active heating function and only turn on the additional heat when you want it.
